Sleeping


Sleeping: (n) suspend consciousness

Yesterday i slept around 5 p.m. then i woke up at 1 o'clock in the midnite. Usually, i sleep around 11 p.m. - 1 a.m. but because yesterday i havent got much sleep time i sleep earlier than before.

Actually, if someone asked me what thing that made you really regret it after did it i would answer : sleeping. It is not that i don't want to go sleep but i had some different thought with others. Sleep is need, but how if sleep is called more than a need, it almost become a "habit". 

When sleeping become your Habit, then every time you had to sleep you could go to sleep and you didn't plan when will you wake up. There is so much "unplanned time" you spent on sleep. And you know what, the 'time you sleep' would be a waste if you sleep earlier, i thought when i sleep around 9 p.m and sleep around 11 p.m there's is so much difference in that 2 hours interval. 

You could do something more in that interval. Imagine if you could finished one book in that interval. It is better than sleeping itself. 

So everyone that could go sleep at midnite they must be grateful, because not much person that could have some chance to do things more. So sleeping too much is really extravagant thing. Because you had lost your time.
